Fee for the Project Registration
The developers of the real estate need to register their projects under the regulation of the RERA. The developer needs to fill up the “Form A” for registering under the authority and along with that the developer needs to pay the specified fee for registration. The applicant can use a demand draft to pay the total fees as per direction in the schedule 1.
Time extension fee for Real Estate Project
A developer can extend the time limit of his or her ongoing project by showing a relevant reason in an application along with the specified charge of the regulation. In this case, the developer needs to fill up the “Form E” and submit it before at least three months before the expiry of the registration. The payment for the extension of the project can be paid by using the demand drafts which can be drawn from a scheduled bank. The amount of the fee needs to be half of the registration fees according to the sub rule 3 under the rule 3.
Fee for the agents of the real estate under RERA Punjab
Fee for the Agent Registration
The agent of the real estate needs to be registered under the RERA. They need to fill up the “Form G” and pay the certain amount of fee according to the Scheule 1. The agent can draw a demand draft from the scheduled national bank.
Renewal fee for registration of agent/s real estate
The renewal of the registration can be applied by an individual agent or other than the individual ones. The applicants need to fill up the “Form J” and pay the mentioned fee by drawing a demand draft from the scheduled bank mentioned in the schedule 1.
Fee of RERA Punjab for complaint filing
Fee for complaint filing with the Authority
A person who is suffering from any violence can file a complaint with the Authority by paying the fee amount of Rs. 1000 along with the filled up “Form M”. The demand draft of the amount should be drawn from the national bank which is in the favour of the authority.
Fee for complaint filing with Adjudicating Officer
A person who is hurt can file a complaint with Adjudicating Officer under the section of 12, 18, 14, and 19. The applicant needs to fill up the “Form N” and pay 1000 Rs. This amount can be paid by using the demand draft from a national bank which is scheduled.
Appeal filing Fee with Appellate Tribunal
One can file an appeal with Appellate Tribunal by paying Rs. 1000 and filling up the “Form L”. The amount of the fee can be paid by drawing a demand draft from the branch of the bank which is located in the same station of the authority.
