Hyderabad: In three months, the state government will include Real Estate Regulatory Authority advisory committee with representation from civil society and for effective execution of the RERA Act.
Lawyers, Builder, Architects and planning experts will plan the advisory panel. The government will also include IT experts and agencies will support the implementation of RERA in Maharashtra to implement the same model.
Arvind Kumar, Principal Secretary of Municipal Corporation told a delegation of forum for People’s Collective efforts (FPCE), fight for RERA, and U-FERWAS that the new panel will be organized in July. According to him, “A top level government delegation had visited Maharashtra and Karnataka to observe implementation of RERA and execution of RERA Website ”. Following a representation of FPCE, discussed details on RERA regarding the implementation of RERA and Website and further execution.
Telangana state Rules were repeal by the delegation and on the same timeline. Delegation also asked the government to appoint a concrete RERA panel to monitor the launch and functioning of TS RERA website.
The website is to enable the registration of documents. Projects, approved plans and ownership documents, detailed summary of number of projects registered by real estate developers and agents. During the discussion Vice President BT Srinivasan, Director Devender Reddy, town and country planner K Vidyadhar were present.
